Entrepreneurs which are active in international trading may need multiple documents, like Certificates of Origin, EUR.1, EUR-MED and A.TR.-certificates. Our headoffice is connected with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce by an online webbased application. This system provides us all the required exportdocuments you´re needing.

Upon approval by the Chamber of Commerce these certificates will be printed at the headquarter of Berbo. It will be printed on offical pre-formatted paper with the help of a secured system, after which they're offered for endorsement to the Dutch Customs Administration. After, when we have received the endorsement, we'll sent the certificates by special postal services to a by your company desired location.

If you need us to provide one or more exportdocuments, we require the following information:
* Customs Authority Form (Power of Attorney),
* Copy identificationcard (CFO, COO or CEO),
* Copy Chamber of Commerce (<12 months),
* Specific export related information about the goods / shipment (see information below).

* The 'essential technical document information etc.' which will be published on the EUR.1 certificate.

The purpose of a legalization and certification of invoices

The purpose of a legalization or certification is to ratify a document by the Chamber of Commerce.
Often a document must also be ratified by a consulate or embassy. The latter can only happen after the document has passed the Chamber of Commerce. In this scenario, we'll visit the specific embassy and take care of all requirements. Afterwards we'll sent you the documents by special postal services. Also we can use your DHL account or other courier to deliver the documents on the requested adress anywhere in the world.

Do I need a legalization or certification?
The application of this document may be of use to the importing party, because on the basis of this document they can obtain an exemption or discount on the import duties.

If you’d like us to perform the legalization of your salesinvoice(s), we require the following additional information:
* The salesinvoice which needs to be legalized by the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK).
A packingslist is optional, this item depends on the wishes of your client and/or the policy of your company. We prefer to have these information digitally (PDF-document) or in Excel or Word fileformat.

If you need us to provide one or more Certificate(s) of Origin, we require the following additional information:
* The 'essential technical document information like HS-codes etc.' which will be published on the Certificate of Orgin. We prefer to have these information digitally (PDF-document) or in Excel or Word fileformat.
